Distance by car to: Airport- 5 mins Ibiza town- 7mins San Antonio- 15 mins Whether you feel like popping out for dinner or to a big party, the nearby towns of Playa den Bossa and Ibiza town are home to an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and cafés, plus infamous nightclubs Pacha, Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia, where many hedonistic moments of the island’s night life take place. Playa Den Bossa also has the islands longest stretch of beautiful white sand, with watersports and large variety of beach bars. The airport is just a 5 minute drive away, and the town of San Jordi is even closer, here you can pick up your supplies from one of the large supermarkets Eroski and Mercadona, there is also a cashpoint, petrol station, restaurants/cafes, gourmet bakers and tobacconists. 15 minutes to the west of the island is San Antonio, known not only for its nightlife but for the famous sunsets. On the way you could stop in the quieter, picturesque town of San Josep to admire a typical and traditional Ibicencan town and beautiful church, and enjoy one of the islands best tapas spots, Destino. Other beaches to visit are the upmarket restaurant/party spot Blue Marlin at Cala Jondal beach, which is just a short drive away. Sa Caleta offers a fantastic paella, or head for the quieter and most beautiful western coast beaches such as Cala Conta and Cala D’hort for incredible snorkeling, or views of the sunset. Just 7 minutes away by car you will arrive in the capital of the island, Ibiza Town, and with its shops, bars, restaurants, port, and historical old town, it is a must do for sightseeing. The Dalt Vila is a medieval fortress and is the heart of the old town, its winding cobbled streets throughout are filled with small traditional boutiques and museums, a spectacular church at the top and incredible views across Ibiza and to Formentera, as well as 5-star dining. The club Pacha is also located here and there are stylish bars along the mariner.

THE POOL IS FOR YOUR PRIVATE USE ONLY It boasts 5 good sized bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests, 4 bathrooms, a living room area on both floors of the house, one with a corner bar to get the party started at your place before heading out into town! The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons, there is a large dining table inside and another outside, for alfresco dining. The upstairs living room has a large flatscreen TV with international channels. The villa has an eco friendly air conditioning system that has 3 hour timer and can be restarted straight away. There is one air conditioning unit per bedroom. 5 in total in the whole house. The majority of your time is bound to be spent outside, where you can enjoy a game of table tennis or table football, relax on one of the terraces or chill out seating areas, and most importantly, catch some rays on the sun beds before cooling off in your private pool! There is also a fantastic stone built BBQ and outdoor fridge, pizza oven, cooking hob and a swing set and trampoline for groups with young children. When you need a little time out, first floor terrace with provide you with tranquility and the beautiful views. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT EVENTS.

Directions to the Villa will be provided one week before arrival. You can also request it anytime after booking. Just send us a message 🙂 Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend to hire a car. If you want to book or request quote, just ask .

Notas

No extra beds can be added to the villa. There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals that are less than six weeks, tourist tax will be collected once the booking is confirmed. – If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price. For the best and most reliable car hire and airport transfers, just ask. CHECK-IN Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions. The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions. Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply: Check-in/out between 8pm – 11pm – 50 Euros Check-in/out between 11pm – 6am – 70 Euros Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours. All these payments are collected separately by the host before arrival. All rubbish must be taken out, any big bags of rubbish left will be charged 30 euros + vat per bag.

Reglas de la casa

PROPERTY CONTEXT This is a private villa located in a residential area. Everything is done to have the villa in perfect working order, should repairs be needed during your stay we will do our very best to have this done quickly.

GUEST REGISTRATION By law all guests staying in the villa must be registered (name, phn., email and ID) prior to arrival. This can easily be done via an online form, which will be provided before your arrival.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE On arrival, our resort manager will meet you at the villa and provide you with instructions.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURE Standard check-out is at 10am. You must leave the villa in the same condition you have found it. All garbage must be taken to the nearby street containers. Trash bags left behind will be charged 25 EUR per bag. Kitchen utilities (glasses, plates, cutlery etc.) in the dishwasher should be clean and returned to their right place. The cleaning fee is to cover normal cleaning which has been defined by an external cleaning company, not to clean up after you. If any special or additional cleaning is needed, it will be subject to an hourly charge of 20 EUR0s per hour plus Iva.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK OUT Late checkout and/or early check-in must be organised in advance and a corresponding fee will be charged. After a grace period of 15 minutes, each unauthorised initiated hour is charged 200 euros. You agree that any costs related to early check-in and/or late checkout can be collected via the Airbnb Resolution Center after your stay if the amount cannot be collected directly from you.

KEYS On checkout all keys and remote controls must be returned, if any is missing the cost of replacing and/or decoding the corresponding locks will be collected via the Airbnb Resolution Center after your stay if the amount cannot be collected directly from you.

SECURITY As a general rule, you should bring as few valuables to Ibiza as possible! There are professional thieves operating throughout the island, bars, streets, etc., don’t make yourself a target. When you leave the house whether for 1 minute or 1 day the doors and shutters must all be locked and the alarms activated. Any damage done to the house due to not leaving the house secure will be paid for by the guests.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS The villa has a maximum capacity of 8. If the villa has over this number of guests you will be asked to vacate the property and without any refund.

THE BARBECUE Barbecuing is a must-do but please only use the barbecue in its designated area due to the risk of wildfires and staining the surroundings.

THE POOL & GLASS The combination of the pool and glass is generally bad, you are advised against bringing glass items such as bottles, etc. to the pool area, if broken glass makes it into the pool it will have to be drained, cleaned, and refilled, which can easily cost you from 500 euros.

TOWELS AND SHEETS The towels and sheets are white and if used with sunscreen, makeup, or any other products, these stains cannot be washed off. The guests will be charged for the towels or sheets that are stained. The price of each sheet is €60 and the price of each towel is €25.

LARGE EVENTS / LOUD NOISES Events and large gatherings are not allowed inside the villa. INo outside Guests are allowed without prior notice. There is STRICTLY NO SPEAKERS OR ANY DJ EQUIPMENT ALLOWED TO BE HIRED FOR THE VILLA. If this rules are broken you will be evicted from the property and you will be responsible for all fines You agree to treat the property and its neighborhood with the highest respect. If at any point of your stay the provider or the landlord feels like you are disrespecting the property or the neighborhood, you may be required to leave and no refund shall be due in these circumstances. This includes complaints from the neighbors or / and police in regards to disturbing behavior. Strictly no noise between 12am to 9am. COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA Film recordings or other commercial use (and/or extra sound, light, and DJ equipment) of the villa must be approved in writing prior to the event.

LOCAL TOURIST TAX/ECOTASA The Balearic Islands have introduced a mandatory tourist tax/Ecotasa of 2,20 EUR per person, per night over 16 years old. We will collect this separately 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals less than 6 weeks, tourist tax is collected once booking is confirmed.
