By booking a property through AW BCN Real Estate, you agree to the following terms:
- Booking & Payments
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and verified.
- Rental Periods
- All rentals must be for a minimum of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Shorter rentals (less than 32 days) will be automatically rejected.
- Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellation policies may vary per listing. Always review the specific terms prior to booking.
- Responsibilities
- Tenants must respect the property, neighbors, and the rental agreement.
- Any damages caused during the stay must be reported and may incur charges.
